General Conditions of Sale

This document (General Conditions of Sale) defines the conditions applicable to sales concluded between, on the one hand, companies wishing to make a purchase on the INVOLO website https://www.involoprint.it, hereinafter referred to as ‘the customer’ and on the other side the company INVOLO, with registered office in VIA F.LLI BANDIERA, 114 – 62012 CIVITANOVA MARCHE VAT IT01230930438, hereinafter referred to as ‘the seller’. These conditions relate exclusively to companies and associations, not private individuals.

  1. ORDER
    Art 1-1
    How to place an order?
    You can make a purchase on the website www.involoprint.it 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
    To make your purchase on the internet:
  • connect to your account or create a new account
  • choose the products of your interest
  • add them to your cart
  • choose your shipping method
  • choose your payment method
  • check the detailed summary before final confirmation of your order
  • once the payment has been made, your order is confirmed and assigned an order number. An e-mail confirming your order will be sent to the address indicated during registration.

The customer can consult the status of his order by accessing his account on the involoprint.it website. We advise you to verify your order well before giving confirmation to correct any errors. The minimum order amount must be € 150.00.
Once the order has been placed, if some of the items ordered need to be customized, the customer agrees to send his high resolution logo in one of the following formats: JPG, PDF, AI, EPS with any wording additional to be printed, at the email address info@involoprint.it. INVOLO undertakes to send a graphic draft of approval within 48 hours with the logo and wordings received from the customer. Once confirmation of the draft sent by e-mail has been received, INVOLO will proceed with the creation of the printing systems and order fulfillment.

Art 1-2
Orders will only be processed if they have been paid for.

  1. PAYMENT
    Art 2-1 Payment for purchases is made according to the customer’s choice: By Bank transfer
    With PayPal (including credit cards)

Art 2-2 An order paid with PayPal will be charged and processed immediately. Payment by bank transfer will be processed only after the actual crediting of INVOLO’s current account, generally the following day if made in Italy. To validate the success of the order, you guarantee that we have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method you have chosen.
Art 2-3: The confirmation of the order by the customer implies his unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
Art 2-4 Payment for orders must be made independently and in one go, a payment grouped for multiple orders will not be accepted.
Art 2-5 Orders will be processed only if they have been paid for.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

    INVOLO frees itself from all responsibilities starting from taking charge of the package from the shipper.

    Delivery times / terms
    The shipment will take place within 2-3 working days from the confirmation of the graphic draft. DB SCHENKER will deliver the package within 6/7 days throughout Europe, starting from the date of dispatch of your package, from Monday to Friday (weekends and holidays excluded).

    Shipping fees
    The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the loading of the order, however this may be different from the billing address. The average cost of each box is € 13.50. Important: please ensure that your address is correct and complete at the time of the final order confirmation. If the package returns for the “incomplete address” reason, the return costs will be at your expense. If the package is in stock for reasons of “recipient is unknown at the address, the recipient is always absent” the costs of storage and delivery will be at your expense.
    Art 3-5
    Checking your parcel
    After the shipment of your package, you will be sent an email accompanied by an identification number of your package. You can follow the progress of your package with its identification number on the website of the transport company.

4. EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND

Art 4-1
Thanks to the “satisfied or refunded” guarantee, you have 15 days from the delivery of the goods to return the items you are not satisfied with. Only items not yet worn or used, preserved in the original packaging, are accepted. Send the goods together with the separate copy of the shipment by ordinary parcel to the following address: INVOLO – VIA F.LLI BANDIERA, 114 – 62012 CIVITANOVA MARCHE (MC) – ITALY
Art 4-2
Return time limit
The customer has a time limit of 15 days from the date of receipt or collection of the items to make his return request, after this deadline, it will not be possible to request it.
Art 4-3
Exchange and refund conditions
In accordance with the distance selling regulation, only items returned in their original packaging and perfectly intact, such as they were sold to you, will be accepted. As a result, returns of used adhesive tapes, as well as damaged boxes, will be refused. All products can be subject to a credit or refund.
Art 4-4
The time limit for processing a return can vary between 15 and 45 days depending on the periods of high turnout. The customer will be notified by e-mail at the time of his treatment, you can possibly shorten this term by communicating us by phone or e-mail (see Customer Service) the return number.
Art 4-5
For all products returned for exchange or refund, the transport costs will be charged to the customer.
Art 4-6
The customer must notify INVOLO of all reservations on the product (s) sent, for example: damaged package, already opened, or product (s) that do not correspond to the order, within 3 days after receiving the parcel, otherwise INVOLO disclaims responsibility for the bad condition of the item (s). INVOLO undertakes to reimburse the Customer, or to exchange the altered, missing, or non-matching products of the Customer’s order.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal referred to in articles 52 to 58 of the Consumer Code for distance contracts and contracts negotiated outside business premises is excluded in relation to:
a) service contracts after the complete provision of the service if the execution began with the express agreement of the consumer and with the acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal following the full execution of the contract by the professional;
b) the supply of goods or services whose price is linked to fluctuations in the financial market which the professional is not able to control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
c) the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
d) the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
e) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or connected to health protection and have been opened after delivery.

Disclaimer – product defects
INVOLO will not be liable to the user for damages of any kind, both direct and indirect, deriving from any errors, of any nature, in the printing of the file sent by the customer, except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
In the event of printing errors not attributable to the user or delivery of the defective or damaged product, INVOLO will be required to perform only one reprint of the material.
Upon delivery, the user is required to carefully examine the products received. Any defects in the goods delivered, errors in the printing or packaging of the material not attributable to the user, must be reported immediately to the courier or customer service. The goods must be collected by signing with specific control reserve. The user must then open a report via email at info@involoprint.it, taking care to attach the photographic documentation where required within 8 days of receipt of the material.
Involo will do its best to respond to reports received.

  1. SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS
    Art 5-1
    The www.involoprint.it website does not collect any information relating to credit cards, as it relies directly on external payment systems offered by PayPal and Poste Pay.
